    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the issue of KenRen Chemical and Fertilizer Company Limited, we have been told that this is a white elephant. Honestly, there is no such factory. Yet, Kshs4.8 billion of taxpayers’ money was sunk into this project. To me, the fact that we still talk about it shows how impunity continues in this country. By now people should have been arrested. This loan should have been stopped being paid because it is being paid to a fictitious company. We are not being given justification why we should continue paying for this loan. That is why this Motion calls upon the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to tell us clearly what this company is all about and who authorizes the money to be paid to this fictitious company. This is an issue of national concern."
