    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Hon. Deputy Speaker. I seek your direction. We are debating a mediated version of the Bill. In our Standing Orders, it is very clear that when we are debating a mediated version of a Bill, we are supposed to contain ourselves to that particular aspect of the mediated Bill. Listening to Members in their contributions, it seems that maybe they are misunderstanding. Please, give direction, so that when a speaker rises to speak, he or she speaks concerning that particular aspect that was being mediated.
