    "content": "When I consider some of the areas I have been to and have worked in before like Embu County, the area of Mbeere is disadvantaged. In Tharaka Nithi, an area like Igambang’ombe, which is squeezed between counties, is disadvantaged. In Meru County, Buuri area and Meru North are also disadvantaged. Therefore, while setting up offices, they should consider the geographical and climatic conditions of each area and not just the administrative boundaries."
