    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, there is a drought management fund in the Bill, which is also very important. Whenever there will be drought leading to deaths as a result of hunger, the money will be used. The fund should be used specifically for the purpose of mitigating drought in such areas. We also need to put people of integrity in those offices to avoid misuse of money like what we have seen in many other Government institutions."
