    "content": "I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to support the mediated version of this Bill. While supporting the Bill, allow me to congratulate the Committee of 10 Members comprising of five Members from each of the two sister Houses. This outcome is a demonstration that our bicameral Parliament is working. It vindicates the requirements of Articles 110, 111 and 112. More specifically, it shows that Article 113 of the Constitution can be respected. We can live within it and work for the benefit of this country. I pray that this spirit is carried forward as the two Houses engage in various legislations, now that we are settled, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
