    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I want to thank Hon. Mwaura for this Motion. This is a very important Motion because accessibility has been a major problem to people with disabilities. People with disabilities are entitled to access all places but this is not happening. This has been a problem in public transport. Many people with disabilities cannot get to places they want to go because they cannot use public means. Sometimes a person in a wheelchair may be waiting for a bus but when the buses come, they leave him or her. This needs to change."
