    "content": "I want, at this point, to acknowledge the work that is being done by the National Council for Persons with Disabilities. The Government has provided special schools for children with disabilities. I also want to use this opportunity to call upon all parents and other people in Kenya who are locking up these children in homes, and those who are ashamed of them to appreciate that nobody ever asks for a child with a disability. Let us take these children to school. Many resources are going to special schools from the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) and the National Council for Persons with Disabilities. They are even providing wheelchairs for those who require them. So, let us take those children to those schools so that they can get their basic right, which is education. They are entitled to it."
