    "content": "That is because so many buildings have mushroomed since the year 2010. I have seen so many buildings even in this city that have mushroomed since the year 2010. So, are those buildings compliant? It is important that we make sure that laws are adhered to, to the best of our ability. I am happy that the CDF Board has taken a keen eye on the mainstreaming of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), especially in the performance contract that has been signed by the Constituencies Development Fund Control (CDFC) and the fund accounting managers in each and every constituency of this country."
