    "content": "Therefore, let me thank the Hon. Member for coming up with this Motion. I was trying to improve my debate by going to other areas which also have been--- Thank you for the chance that you have given me. I thank the Hon. Member for what he has done. Personally, every infrastructure that will take place in my constituency will adhere to the building code to ensure that PWDs are able to access all the facilities that we will construct. This goes to other Government departments to do the same. I will make sure that the PWDs will benefit from the 30 per cent procurement quota. Thank you."
