    "content": "Thank you. I wish to make three amendments to this Motion. They read as follows:- (i) To delete the word “urges” in line 9 and replace it with the word “resolves”. (ii) To delete the word “Government” in line 10 and replace it with the following words “National Construction Authority (NCA), Kenya Bureau The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
