    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am glad I have supporters from both sides of the political divide. I just want to inform the Member. Of course, I will speak more to it later on, if you give me an opportunity. Part of the mandate of the Committee on National Cohesion and Equal Opportunity, which I chair, is to look at issues of persons living with disabilities. We are mandated to deal with the specific matter. We met with the NCA yesterday so that they could tell us what they are doing in terms of amendment to the building code. All these issues must be included in the building code for buildings moving forward. I also invited Hon. Isaac Mwaura, who attended. I am just following up your suggestion that NCA be invited to the Committee. This is an ongoing process. I will be glad to report to the House later on about the progress that has been made by the Committee on this issue."
