First of all, let me thank the Mover of the Motion, Mr. Ogindo, for bringing this very timely Motion. I also support the spirit and content of the Motion. It is, therefore, important that Kenyans are well informed of those debts and the paying programmes so that our country is not taken hostage by people who have loaned money to our country.
