    "content": "Yes, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Hon. Mbadi is a good friend of mine and I have nothing against him. But is it fair for those of us who have been sitting in this House to wait for hon. Mbadi to get a second chance? When you called him the first time, he was not in. Some of us were just sitting here. I respect him and I have all the love for him, but it is not fair for all of us to sit and wait for him to run his errands and come back to the House and overtake the queue. That is my opinion. I say it again that I have nothing against the hon. Member. He is a good friend of mine, but I think fairness would call that if I sat through the House and he went out, he should not have a second chance when I have not had a first chance.
