    "content": "It is sad to realize that the countries that got Independence at the same time with Kenya are able to finance their own budgets and rely very little on external debts. We would wish Kenya to rely on its revenue. This will only happen if we manage our taxes well, just like those other countries. This is because the countries that we normally rely on only collect their taxes and rely on them. We, therefore, want to encourage prudent management of our taxes in order to enable us fund our national budgets every year."
