We can say so much but those fellows at NCPWD also have powers which have been given to them by the same Parliament that is telling them to do this or that. They may as well just tell us to read them the section which allows them to do this or that and ignore you. Hon. Members, we need something which we can follow up by implementation and then hold them accountable and say: “Why did you not do this and yet, you have legislative power and authority to do it?” We do not want this debate to take too long. I do not know how I can come back to you Hon. Sakaja, but can I hear from Hon. Mwaura? Hon. Sakaja, please hold on."
