    "content": "If there was good management of our resources, this country would not be in the same position it is today. In Kenya, we lack so many things. Our children may not go to school because of poverty; our roads are full of potholes; and we rely on relief food. It is terrible for a country which attained Independence 47 years ago to rely on relief food and also external debt to fund its Budget."
