    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute to a “life” matter. I see signs of arrogance coming from the National Assembly directed at this House. We have said these things time and again. This year, we do not need to take anything for granted. We do not need to discuss any Bill that comes from the National Assembly which you have not seen. As you may recall, we have several Bills which were passed in this House and forwarded to the National Assembly and have never been even discussed there yet they bring Bills which should be declared null and void through the backdoor. Those Bills are brought to this House unprocedurally. For example, the Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Bill which was passed early last year, was taken to the National Assembly yet there is no word to date; then, we come and start discussing Bills which make the National Assembly steal the show and undermine the Senate. I, therefore, request that, this House declares this Bill null and void."
