"content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Allow me to thank hon. Members of this House, who have taken their time to research on this matter and have constructively contributed to it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to start by thanking hon. Mbadi who ably seconded this Motion. Hon. Nyamweya made valuable contributions in support. Hon. Wamalwa, hon. Shebesh, hon. Mungatana, hon. Ongoro, hon. Mwadeghu, hon. Njuguna from Lari, hon. Magwanga, hon. Onyancha, hon. Kajembe, hon. Mututho and, of course, not to forget the valuable commitment from the hon. Assistant Minister, Dr. Oburu Oginga.
