    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this committee is supposed to report quarterly to the county and also annually to the national institute. Therefore, the consequence of this Bill is to ensure the direct involvement of counties in the prevention and control of cancer, considering the increased number of cancer cases in the country. The establishment of committees at the counties will ensure that cancer patients and persons affected by cancer access appropriate health related services at the county level. I beg to move."
