"content": "governor and has the power to appoint into this control committee and the governor still has the power to appoint under Part IIA (12A) (2) (d) which says:- “One man and one woman appointed by the county governor to represent such special interest within the county as the governor shall determine”. Part IIA (12A) (2) (b) of the Bill says:- “One person nominated by the county executive committee member responsible for health in the county who shall be the secretary to the committee”. I think we should streamline it so that we leave it with the county governor’s office or we decide that the CEC can act for the governor so that we do not have conflict in terms of executing.
