    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. As the Mover of this Motion said, this is a straightforward process arising form the fact that Sen. Murkomen was appointed the Deputy Majority Leader; but I stand to express my confidence that Sen. Billow takes over that position because of who he is, the dedication that he has shown in the Finance, Commerce and Budget Committee where I also sit and his sense of service. I think it will bring value in terms of him becoming a Member of that Parliament. I think he will represent us well and make us proud from the contributions that he is going to make. I thank you."
