    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also wish to support this Procedural Motion and welcome the nomination of my able Chairperson of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget to be a Member of the Pan African Parliament (PAP). Sen. Billow Kerrow is a very good leader who has the capacity to represent the country at the PAP. I am sure he will articulate issues affecting the Africans and improve the image of our country. I hope that he will not forget his county while he is away. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to support."
