I know him as a skilled politician, very knowledgeable and one who knows how to express what is in his mind in good language and sense. His nomination to this position is not a surprise to some of us. However, it has to be accepted that Sen. Billow is a Chairman of an active Committee. I am concerned about Members of the African Legislative Assembly serving in important positions such as the Speaker’s or Chairpersons Panel and other active Committees such as the Committee on Finance---"
