    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I congratulate him and when he will serve there, I will miss my colleagues from all over Africa but also Sen. Ong’era and the team who are also Members of the Kenyan Parliament. I wish them the best, and I hope that I will get a chance to visit them in one of the sessions. Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the comfort of those who are in the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget and others, understand that they are committees that one should not be away for a long time. However, they will be in session for one week in March and two weeks in October. Therefore, it is not true that one will miss a lot of sessions here. Thank you."
