    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I stand guided. On the second Petition, when we are discussing the Budget Policy Statement, it is clear that the kind of projected growth rates that we have in this country is in the range of 5 per cent, while the Vision 2030 talks about 20 per cent and above. This Petition has brought up something pertinent because we are not funding the sectors which we expect to propel the economic growth in this country like agriculture and health. It is a pertinent issue and we need to take it up seriously. I support the Petition and hope that we will satisfy the requests of these Kenyans because they have faith in this House."
