"content": "THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended- (d) in paragraph (a) of sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “within the county” immediately after the words ‘involve public property’; and (e) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “shall” appearing immediately after the words ‘administrative body’ and substituting therefor the word “may”. The purpose of this amendment is to confine the powers of the County Attorney to matters relating to property of the county and not any other public property."
