    "content": "The reason for this is to realign the wordings of this Clause to the constitutional provisions with regard to Chapter 6 so that instead of just giving an ambiguous statement that the person being appointed should be, “a person fit and proper to hold office”, we are saying; “a person who meets the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Constitution on leadership and integrity”."
