    "content": "Madam, Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by- (a) deleting the word “shall” appearing immediately before the words ‘enjoy the same benefits’ in paragraph (b); and (b) deleting the word “shall” appearing immediately before the words ‘be required to comply’ in paragraph (c). This is just to address a typo where the word “shall” was repeated."
