"content": "Therefore, I will have no objection to removing it altogether, because it is repetitive. However, since we are going to the principal Section 10(b) – that is where this amendment belongs – I think the New Clause is relevant. If we were to remove any, then, we should remove the previous one. However, because this one enforces the already existing law of Section 10(b)---. My lawyer, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., who has even gone to the High Court with me on this matter, will agree that it is very relevant that the last New Clause be held but I have no objection to deleting the previous one."
