However, I want to draw your attention to read with me again because Section 7 states: “A person who contravenes the provisions of this Section.” It does not talk about provisions of this Act. If we sustain it in reference to this Section, it means that it might be referring to the punitive measure for contravening the Section and this one also for contravening this New Clause 2A(iii), if you look at it like that. I know it is repeated but it means that you will be punishing a person for contravening provisions of that Section. We will come to you later. Let me give the Floor to Sen. Ong’era and then Sen.
