    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I want to pursue it because it is important. Standing Order Nos.15 and 16 are not new under the current Parliament. Even in previous Parliaments, these Standing Orders were there; only that they were numbered differently. The tradition is then the Clerk – Mr. Mogere has done it severally – informs the Member who is a Member of the Speaker’s Panel who will be the one that the Chairperson will be reporting to, to then withdraw from the plenary and go to the Speaker’ office or the space behind. That has been the tradition. Why do we want to break it?"
