Members complemented your effort and asked a number of supplementary questions. As is our practice, I have given you the last opportunity which you have chosen not to use. So, you will be out of order to ask me to refer this matter to the Committee. Mr. Assistant Minister, you need not respond. The Member for Nyando, the way I would have acted if I were in your shoes is if I had evidence to challenge the answer of the Assistant Minister, I would have tabled that evidence. So, you have not prosecuted the Question that effectively."
