"content": "Hon. Speaker, we have read the list of the parties that were mentioned by Leader of the Majority Party but, to the best of my knowledge and belief, most of those parties have no offices in the counties or constituencies. We do not even know where their offices are in Nairobi. Those parties are misleading Parliament that they exist while they actually do not exist. I only know that most of those parties have certificates for political parties, but they do not even have money. So, where do they get the money to report to Parliament that they exist, when we know that they do not really exist? Would I be in order to suggest that there should be a probe to see which ones are genuine and which ones are “briefcase or wallet parties”?"
