    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This is a good proposal because it seeks to transfer all the powers of the National Employment Bureau (NEB) to the Authority. Coordinated work in terms of employment issues done under the Authority is going to be useful and give the youth and many people a chance to get employment. An Authority like this in the Bill is going to have more money as opposed to being a department in the Government. It is a good amendment. I support."
