Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following sub- clause immediately after sub-clause (1)- “(2) Where an application is made to the court for the issue of any process to enforce an order requiring a party to pay money to another as an alternative to compliance with a work order, that Court shall give notice of application to the party against whom enforcement is sought.”"
