    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to contribute to the Bill in the Third Reading. The effort by Hon. Johnson Sakaja recognises a problem in our country. This is one of those progressive Bills that target real needs in our society. We all stand to benefit if every Kenyan, wherever they are, can go to bed with their families guaranteed that they are able to take care of their daily needs. Every effort that aims to make Kenyans to live meaningfully should be given bipartisan support. I laud this move."
