"content": "I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer but I am shocked that the Ministry has spent over Kshs17 million on projects in my constituency and out of all these projects, it is only the Ndalat Water Project that has actually served the school. It does not extend to the shopping centre. Lelmokwo, Chepterwoi, Sarora and Kabiyet are yet to serve the people despite the fact that the Ministry has spent up to Kshs17 million. Lelmokwo and Mosoriot areas have never seen a drop of water and yet the Ministry has been spending money year in, year out. What assurance can the Assistant Minister give to the people of Lelmokwo that they will get water from the projects that he has spent money? This will enable us to say that he is serving the people of Kenya."
