    "content": "Our Constitution is very good. It created this constitutional office with the objective of making sure that public funds are properly controlled. It goes to the respective areas, so that our country can grow a bit faster and the quality of the lives of Kenyans can improve. After the Controller of Budget controls, the money goes to the county and some to the national Government, but it ends up in pockets of some individuals. It fails to go directly to where it was intended. The net effect is that our country lags behind and it will take a lot of time to grow and achieve its objective of growth."
