    "content": "The office is supposed to monitor and ensure that all the resources are budgeted for and controlled. Without control, public resources will fall into the wrong hands and the wealth of the country will remain in the hands of a few people. If the Office of the Controller of Budget was working efficiently, we might not have had the Eurobond issue. Many questions were being asked but nobody was ready to explain anything. We would be asking only a few questions if the Office of the Controller of Budget was working properly. If the Office of the Controller of Budget was in place during the time we had the Anglo Leasing issue and other issues, we would have been out of those problems."
