    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment because if the President is the Chairman of the National Climate Change Council, and because of the enormous work that he does, in case he is not available, it is important that the Deputy President becomes the Vice Chair. This will ensure that the work of the council will go on. The issue of climate change should be anchored in the presidency because it is now becoming “a do or die” issue in as far as matters of climate change are concerned."
