    "content": "The Temporary Deputy Chairman, I propose that we agree with the Senate on Clause 7(3) and we will disagree with the Senate on Clause 7(4). So, on Clause 7(3), it is basically that they are looking for ways of improving the membership in those--- It provides that the members from outside the Executive have some expertise and so, we just do not put individuals without considering expertise. We think that, that is a useful addition. The Temporary Deputy Chairman, allow me to say something. Now that we have done something wrong on Clause 2(g), we should note that there will be a consequential amendment to this one. But if we re-commit, then this Bill would be okay because it covers 2(g) as well."
