    "content": "The Committee agrees with the Senate’s new subclause. Basically, they are introducing incentives by Government to individuals and institutions that are promoting climate change. We think that those incentives will go a long way to promote clean environment. It is something we have been urging even under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA), so that industries that adhere to environmental positive activities are given incentives."
