    "content": "The Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended in the proposed Section 20(1) – (a) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph – “(c) County Executive in charge of education;” (b) in paragraph (f) by deleting sub-paragraph (ii) and substituting therefor the following new sub-paragraph – The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
