I support the amendment on the county executive committee and note that there is a representative of persons with disabilities. The Temporary Deputy Chairman, when you look at the substantive law in Subclause 4, it states that a Member of Parliament from the respective county may attend the meetings. I need your guidance on this even if it is not before this House. What is the constitutionality of this?"
