"content": " I thought the amendments were specific. They were only introducing the county executive committee and the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops. I do not want us to get into the main Act. If there would be anybody who is interested in an amendment, there is a process you can follow. The Act, as exactly what you are saying, probably should not have been there. The best way would have been to amend it. Hon. Dawood, much as I feel what you are saying, unfortunately it is not before us. We are dealing with what is before us. What is before us is whether we support the county executive committee and the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops. The Muslim fraternity is already placed in that particular organisation which you say is probably not recognised. I will allow the last Member to speak on this. I will allow Hon. Wamalwa because I could see he was very interested in this amendment."
