    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I just want to clarify something before we vote. Even if we vote no, the county government will still be there. It is only that we have not said who is going to be there. What the Committee did was to say, for clarity, who is supposed to in the board. Currently, the County Education Board and the county government are in it. If we vote no, we will still have them, but we will not have said who. That is the position. It is just for the Members to know. So, we are not introducing it. It is something that already exists."
