    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me an opportunity to contribute. I stand to support this amendment. The business of the Government is to improve public schools, so that we can get to the situation we were in not many years ago when public schools were the best and people did not see the need to go to private schools. If we now start supporting private schools and putting money there, it would be taking money from the poor and giving it to the rich."
