    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the proposal from the Senate was rejected by the Committee of the National Assembly. The Senate wants to remove the civil society representative in the Climate Change Council. We are disagreeing with them in recognition of the contribution of the civil society to the issue of climate change. However, at the point of voting, Ayes were in support of the Senate’s amendment and they were more. So, we want you to reconsider this because we believe that it would be wrong and it will be a loss to the Council for the civil society not to be represented. So, I urge that we reject the Senate amendment by saying no to the Senate amendments. ."
