    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The whole debate around climate change has been supported by the civil society. It will be very unfair to remove them from this noble process, especially when we have had a lot of representation from the Government, including the high office in the land. The civil society will bring a lot of expertise to the Council. I oppose the amendment."
