    "content": "(1) Subject to the provision of this Act, a person may Engineering register an engineering technology consulting firm if— Technology Consulting firm (a) the firm is a legal person duly registered or incorporated under the written law for the time being in force; (b) the firm has at least one partner or principal shareholder who is registered as a consulting engineering technologist and who has a valid license in a specified discipline; (c) at least fifty one percent of the shares in the firm are held by Kenya citizens; and (d) fulfills any other condition as may be stipulated by the Board. 2) The Board may register engineering technology consulting firms in different categories and disciplines based on criteria as shall be established by the Board. (3) A person intending to register an engineering technology consulting firm under this Act shall apply to the Registrar in the prescribed manner.
